We believe that giving you as much knowledge as possible about how we will manage your property will form a great foundation for strong working relationship. The following information is designed to outline what dealing with an independent agency can offer you. Burleigh Miami Realty are committed to providing you with a friendly, professional Holiday Property Management.


Our Services


The rates quoted are a guide and can be changed at anytime with your instructions. All guests will be required to pay a security bond on arrival which is refunded to them once the property has been cleaned and checked for damage. Linen is not supplied by Burleigh Miami Realty and the guests are required to hire through Burleigh Hire at their expense. A cleaning fee will apply (price varies depending on the property size), this will be charged to the guest for bookings under a 7 night stay, if the booking is over 7 nights then the owner pays the cleaning fee. We will arrange all cleaning and linen hire through our office. You will be required to provide 3 full sets of keys and fobs for our office.




We will always effectively communicate with you and welcome your feedback and any comments throughout the management of your property. Be assured that your property manager will discuss your needs to ensure a prompt response and resolution of all matters relating to you and your property.


Holiday Letting


We will :
Complete a thorough inspection of your property and compile a file. Prepare advertising material including appropriate photographs. Advertise your property on Stayz and our holiday website We will arrange the hire of linen for the guests We will arrange our cleaners to clean the property and report any damage. Do regular checks on your property to ensure it is in good order. Do the appropriate checks on our guests.




We will:
Deposit the net proceeds of your rental income into your nominated bank account as per your management agreement. Provide you with all copies of invoices for any repairs required on your property every month with your statement.

Pay all outgoings on your behalf if required including rates, water & body corporate fees.( subject to the availability of funds).


Management Fee


13.2% GST Inclusive $30 Advertising Fee Paid Monthly Only if the Property is Booked $5.50 Administration Fee Per Month $5.00 Arrival Kit Per Booking (If Required) Rates will be decided at the time of the property appraisal
